Went to this kind of secondhand market. They had some secondhand and some new stuff, it was a little mix of everything there. A lot of cheap awesome clothes though!
Just found out the other day that apparently its illegal to sell secondhand clothes in china.
no worries there are some places here. vintage'second hand clothes.
